Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your AwraAI account and everything in it at any time. There are two ways.

From the app (fastest)

• Open AwraAI and go to Settings.
• Under Privacy, tap Delete account.
• Confirm. Deletion happens immediately.

If you already uninstalled the app

Email support@awraai.com from the email address on the account (or include the phone number you signed up with) and say you want your account deleted. We will confirm and complete it within 30 days — usually much faster.

What gets deleted

• Your account (name, email or phone, password).
• All your transcripts.
• All your voice recordings on our server.

What we keep, and why

One thing: a scrambled code made from your email or phone number, plus your current week's word count. It exists only so the free weekly limit cannot be reset by deleting and re-creating accounts. The code cannot be turned back into your email or phone number. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Deletion is permanent

We cannot restore a deleted account or its transcripts. If you only want to stop using AwraAI for a while, just log out instead.
