Yes. On Telegram and Instagram most Ethiopians write Amharic using English letters instead of switching keyboards. AwraAI's Amharic chat mode writes your speech back in exactly that style, so what you paste already looks like how you chat.

Optionally, yes. English polish is a setting that lightly tidies grammar after your speech has been transcribed, so what you said still reads properly once it is written down. It does not change your meaning, and you can switch it off. It is aimed at people writing English as a second language.

Yes. One account covers iPhone, Android, macOS, Windows and Ubuntu, and your captures are stored against that account rather than on a single device. Something you dictated on the bus is already in your list when you sit down at your computer.

Download AwraAI from the App Store or Google Play, create an account with your phone number or email, and choose how you want your speech written. That is the whole setup — you can be recording within a minute of opening the app for the first time.

Trusted speech services process the audio on our behalf and are not allowed to keep it or train on it.
